When will my order arrive?
We’re a small shop, which means your order gets personal attention and quality control. Most orders ship within 2–3 business days. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your waterfowl gear is on the move.
Can I return my order?
If you receive a duck call that is damaged in shipping or is not as described, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost to you.
What if my call needs retuned?
We stand by offering free retunes on any Alpha duck call.
Duck Call Use & Care
How do I take care of my duck call?
Keep it clean and dry when not in use. After a hunt, remove any moisture or debris by blowing air through the call and wiping it down. Avoid leaving it in extreme heat (like a truck dashboard) or soaking wet gear bags.
Can I take it apart to clean it?
You can, but we recommend only experienced callers do so. Each Alpha call is hand-tuned, so taking it apart may affect sound unless you're confident in putting it back together just right.
What should I do if my call sticks or sounds off?
Sticking is usually from moisture or debris. Try blowing it out or giving it a quick rinse and dry. Still having issues? Reach out — we’re happy to help.
