When will my order ship?
As a small operation, we do our best to get orders out quickly and with care. Orders will be shipped respectively and in a timely manner.
Can I return my order?
If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping or is not as described, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost to you.
What if my call needs retuned?
We stand by offering free retunes on any Alpha product.
